Ph.D. Student · University of Zurich
I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Quantitative Biomedicine at the University of Zurich. My research interests lie at the intersection of machine learning, graph-based modeling, generative methods, and medical image analysis.
My recent work focuses on representation learning for vessels, self-supervised medical image representations, vessel graph generation, and discrete diffusion models for biological graph modeling.
